I respect and admire genuine programmers. People who are more about learning and sharing rather than creating a hype and calling themselves gurus. I've found very few blogs/people online, none of them I've met in person, to be genuine. Being programmer is a lucrative and tempting career path. Most of the programmers are driven by the paycheck and do not hesitate to say they are "Passionate", "Tech Savvy", blah blah blah......
