It was a good experience attending the Sydney NETUG meetup session on Onion Architecture. Talk was comprehensive with code examples and explanation of different attributes. However, I felt it lost track of core concept. More emphasis on Entity Framework, Model building and compile/build process shadowed the value of Onion Architecture. Nevertheless, it was a good talk and there were good take away points.
I appreciated the way Brendan handled all questions well and interacted. I think that is what makes a talk really enjoyable. Would love to attend future talks by him.
